Delivery Information & FAQ’s
Order Processing Time frame.
The time needed to prepare each personalised commissioned watercolour painting does depend on size, detail and seasonal demand but time scale and date of delivery will be confirmed at the beginning of taking details of your personalised painting order. During COVID_19 virus postal delivery times can vary slightly but rest assured I will keep you up to date.
I will keep in regular contact with you the customer via Emails: containing up to date information on the creative progress of your painting commission and to confirm your Tracked delivery dates of your parcel.
***Please allow up to 6 weeks for your commissioned building, house & garden, wedding venue, Landscape or seascape painting to be completed before postage but please contact me for up-to-date delivery details as it can change at busy times and seasonal demands for original personalised house & wedding venue paintings.
***Personalised prints will take 7 days and will then be sent via Royal mail tracked and signed service.(not including Saturday - Sunday)
***Artist Greeting cards, bag and coasters will be dispatched within 3 days
Delivery information. All orders have Free UK Shipping.
Greeting cards, mugs, coasters and bag by Marcia Young will be sent via 1st Class postal service.
Personalised painting commissions and Personalised print UK orders are posted using tracked and signed service with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. I will keep you up to date and send you the customer with a reference and tracking order so you can use the www.Royal Mail.com website to keep track of your parcel Please double check spelling of the delivery address at the time of order as any redirection of parcel will be charged to the customer and not be paid by Marcia Young.
Any personalised print, artist greeting card, coaster or mug that is received damaged will be replaced immediately, though photographs of the damaged item and package will be required before a new item is shipped. If your shipping tracking shows delivered and you did not receive the package please get in contact with Marcia Young as soon as possible to help find your parcel. If not you will need to fill in a theft claim with the mail Royal mail.
Delivery to America& Canada.
I am very happy to deliver to America and Canada but I have to charge extra for the packing & postage. Please just get in touch if you would like a delivery of a unmounted/ unframed artwork but allow extra time for delivery unless you wanted to upgrade to express International delivery otherwise standard delivery will be quoted. But please be aware standard delivery times can take six weeks in USA / Canada due to customs but I will keep you updated with your tracked & signed delivery. Customers / Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to delivery to America and Canada.
Paintings and commissioned personalised paintings are not prepared without advance payment in full and confirmed by email from Marcia Young.
Returns.
Marcia Young hopes you will be 100% happy with your purchase, but should there be any problems please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Marcia Young before shipping back any returns within 30 days in a ready-to-sell state; if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unfortunately Marcia Young unable to refund any postage costs.
Please Note - Bespoke and private commissions are created specifically for each individual client and cannot be returned for refund under any circumstances. Please double check spelling of names to be included on pictures and prints at time of placing a order.
Payment.
Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase via the website using a secure payment system Stripe ( no banking details are held/shown on my website). Paintings and commissioned personalised paintings are not prepared without advance payment in full.
Gift Wrapping & Gift vouchers.
Marcia Young is happy to send items all gift wrapped and I can add a personal message on a gift tag for you, all free of charge. Please just let Marcia know at the time of ordering or before order is ready for dispatched. Also gift vouchers are available sent in a Marcia Young Art greeting card. All artwork is carefully wrapped in tissue paper popped in a cellophane bag to keep waterproof and packaged well for safe delivery but I do recycle brown boxes to cut down on unnecessary waste.

Regarding photographs of Marcia Young paintings and prints and the detail and colour shade of the ink and paint: Photography has been done best to represent the artwork, showing colours as accurately as possible but it does depend on the sunshine! and every computer phone and tablet screens represent colours differently.
